In the Christmas Spirit

A Christmas Cake!  Just for kicks, I went ahead and made a Christmas cake.  I wanted to try out some new stuff.  This is a Double Chocolate cake with Strawberry Filling and Cream Cheese Icing.  There are chocolate filled wafer cookies lining the outside, wrapped in real ribbon, and topped with a Christmas centerpiece.

As requested, a strawberry cake with strawberry filling.  Cream cheese icing and fondant accents.  The turkey holds a sign reading "Eat More Ham".  Ha!

Decorated with Red Coconut and nuts.  Yummy!

Halloween Cupcakes!

These were assorted chocolate and vanilla cupcakes.  Decorated with Royal and Buttercream icing.  Eyeballs had red chocolate "blood shots".
