Puppy Cupcake
We celebrated my son's 1st birthday with a puppy theme. He got the tiny tiered cake and we cobbled up the cupcakes!
Dr. Pepper Fan Birthday Cake
The Dr. Pepper Cake was for my father-in-law's b-day (which happens to be the day before mine). The cake and the icing were both made from Dr. Pepper. Red detail is actually chocolate. Other details and border done with buttercream. Three cans of Dr. Pepper were injured in the process of making this cake!
Western Birthday Cake
This was a cake to go along with a western theme. It was my first experience working with an edible photo, and my friend, Laura, was willing to be my guinea pig. It turned out slightly wrinkled, but I thought of a great solution for the next time I do this. So all should go well with future edible photos. Yee-haw!!!
Paw-sitively Adorable Chocolate Suckers
I made this adorable chocolate suckers with milk chocolate and white chocolate. I packed with paw ribbon and added a tag that read, "Made with love and chocolate BARK!" These were great treats at my son's 1st birthday party with the "puppy" theme.
Golf Course Cake

In the Christmas Spirit
A Christmas Cake! Just for kicks, I went ahead and made a Christmas cake. I wanted to try out some new stuff. This is a Double Chocolate cake with Strawberry Filling and Cream Cheese Icing. There are chocolate filled wafer cookies lining the outside, wrapped in real ribbon, and topped with a Christmas centerpiece.
